Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a few options.

Returns

 Returns are only accepted when we have sent you the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit.  Please take pictures of damaged item and packaging and then contact us for a Merchandise Return Number (MRN)

  1. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. You will send back to us C.O.D. to either our US address.
  6. Contact us to receive a MRN before returning an item.

 Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item as well as the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  Any item sent to us without an MRN will NOT receive a refund.   If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you used a PayPal account the transfer will happen in 1-2 business days.

Exchanges

If you do not like an item(s) after you receive it, you can contact us for an exchange minus a 50% restocking fee of the purchase price of that item(s).  Contact us for a Merchandise Exchange Number (MEN).

  1. You have 7 calendar days from the date you received item to request an MEN.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. You will pay return shipping to our US address.
  6. Contact us to receive a MEN before returning an item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. Any item sent to us without an MEN will NOT receive an exchange.   If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to you.  The store credit will expire 30 days after it is issued. No exceptions.
