At Every Black Life Matters, we acknowledge a fundamental truth: we are all one race—the human race—with inherent rights that transcend any arbitrary categorization.

Within this singular race flourishes a dazzling array of cultures and ethnicities, each adding its unique color and texture to the magnificent human fabric.

Throughout all cultures, many families prioritize their children’s academic success. This commitment is evident in their actions, such as enrolling them in private or charter K-12 schools, and the significant resources they dedicate to their education. However, it is regrettable that due to lack of funds, this investment is often not attainable for many black and brown families resulting in a sharp difference in the quality of education and available opportunities.

While we celebrate women’s achievements this month, we must acknowledge that progress has left some far behind and it’s time for change. Let this be a clarion call to champion gender equality and relentless push for a future where none are excluded, and all can flourish. Vital tools like education, awareness-raising, and vocal advocacy can chip away at prejudice and patriarchy by removing barriers, and ultimately fostering environments where all women and girls can blossom and realize their full potential.

Every Black Life Matters stands in solidarity with the people of Israel and condemns Hamas’s cowardly act of terrorism. We urge the Biden administration to take immediate action to stop Hamas and other terrorist organizations from harming innocent people.
